90 Day Challenges

Why do I believe in 90 day challenges? 30 days might give you some small results. 90 day challenges provide results and habit changes that make these results sustainable. 90 day challenges include the option to join closed facebook groups with other LindseyStrong clients on the same journey. While you choose personal goals and work through them with me, this group aspect can offer motivation and accountability key to success.

Coaching Calls

Weekly coaching calls is where the magic happens. We discover the WHY behind our goals which propels us forward. We discover how and why we self sabotage. We discover what is holding us back and how to move through that. We focus on what you need to focus on whether that be food choices, healthier habits, more physical activity or time management. Physical, emotional and spiritual growth happens here.

I started right where you are

In July 2015, I hit a physical rock bottom. I was 235 lbs and had no idea how it had happened. How had I gotten here? I started to take vitamins, eat better and work out. The weight stayed. What was I doing wrong? I continued like this for 2 years. It was in January 2018 that something magical shifted in my heart.
